About Your Stay
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM.
We regret that we are unable to accommodate early check-in or late check-out.
Cancellation fees are as follows:
- From 7 to 3 days prior to your stay: 30% of the total accommodation fee
- From 2 days to the day before: 50% of the total accommodation fee
- Same-day cancellation or no-show: 100% of the total accommodation fee
Rooms & Facilities
All rooms are suites of over 150 m² and include a private open-air bath, sauna, and deck terrace.
Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available in all rooms.
All rooms at the hotel are non-smoking. For guests who smoke, a designated smoking area is available.
We are sorry, but we do not offer barrier-free guest rooms. However, an elevator is available within the facility.
We provide amenities from the MISUZU cosmetics line.
Dining
We serve creative Japanese cuisine made with fresh local seafood and vegetables from our private farm. Meals are served in the private dining area of each guest room.

Onsen & Sauna
Yes, all rooms feature open-air baths with natural hot spring water from Heda Onsen.
Each room includes a private sauna, where you can enjoy löyly steam sessions using our original aroma oil blend.
Access & Shuttle Service
From JR Mishima Station, take the Izu Hakone Railway to Shuzenji Station. From there, board a bus bound for Heda (approx. 50 minutes).
Yes, we offer complimentary parking for up to 10 vehicles.
We provide complimentary shuttle service from Mishima Station or Shuzenji Station. If you wish to use this service, please indicate so in the “Questions from the Inn” section when booking.

We kindly ask that guests refrain from bringing pets.
The hotel welcomes guests who are 12 years of age or older.
